Case studies

Cross-industry results.

We won't fabricate dtc e-commerce brands-specific results. Here's our strongest available case study, clearly labeled, with a plain note on how the approach transfers to your situation.

Cross-industry results

A cross-industry result, not an e-commerce guarantee.

We don't publish named-client case studies - most DTC brands don't want their competitors to see what's working. Here's a cross-industry account with the approach laid out in full, and a plain note on how it transfers to your catalog and margins.

Cross-industry

Northwind Apparel · DTC / E-commerce

Challenge

Northwind was spending $180k/month across Meta and Google Shopping with flat revenue and no clear attribution. Platform ROAS said ~1.5x, but the number in the finance system didn't match - revenue was being under-counted because tracking was client-side only. Catalog feed health was poor (wrong titles, missing attributes, stale pricing), and the previous agency was optimizing for platform ROAS without factoring in SKU-level margin or returns.

Strategy

Migrate measurement server-side first - Conversions API, GA4 enhanced conversions, and server-side GTM with consent mode v2 - so bidding algorithms get clean signal. Rebuild Meta and Google Shopping around the catalog feed and SKU-level margins rather than a single ROAS bucket. Ship a PDP and collection-page testing program targeting add-to-cart rate, AOV, and checkout completion rather than CTR.

Execution

Server-side GTM with consent mode v2; Meta Conversions API with client/server deduplication; GA4 enhanced conversions tied to actual order value. Catalog feed optimization with corrected titles, attributes, and pricing. Three PDP and one collection-page A/B tests in flight at any time. Weekly pacing reviews against target ROAS by SKU margin tier.

Results

3.4xblended ROAS (was ~1.5x)
+62%revenue at flat spend
−31%cost per acquisition

Note: Northwind Apparel is a cross-industry case study - not a publicly attributable niche-specific named account and not a composite. Individual results vary based on catalog, margins, and starting spend - we'll discuss your specific situation in the audit.
